How we will use the information about you?

The information we captured on our web site is used to connect you with a qualified adviser, who are authorised & regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. By submitting your information you are agreeing to be contacted via telephone or email by the financial adviser in regards to your request. We capture:
  • Postcode
  • Advice you are looking for
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Date of Birth
  • Size of Pension
  • We capture both email and telephone number so that if we are unable to reach you on the phone, we can contact you via email to schedule the best time to call you
In addition, we may collect your IP address and use cookies (see our cookie policy below) unless you configure your web browser not to accept them.

Sharing your data to provide our service

We will only share your contact details with one Financial Adviser, who is regulated and approved by the FCA, for the sole purpose of your enquiry. You will be informed who this adviser is prior to them contacting you. Your data will be shared securely. The adviser will only contact you in relation to your initial enquiry made on Nationwide Advice Ltd website. Under no other circumstances do we share data with any other third parties.

Marketing

The information we collect about you is used solely for the purposes for which it was provided. We will never use your data, sell it or share it for marketing purposes.
